To ensure a seamless experience for you and your customers, kindly take note of Ninja Van terms of service
Shipper shall ensure the parcel is appropriately packaged and labelled before handing over the parcel to Ninja Van.
Delivery rate of each individual parcel is determined by its actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
[Volumetric weight calculation (kg) = Height (cm) x Width (cm) x Length (cm) / 5000 ]
The maximum weight of each individual parcel is 30kg or sum of its dimension (Length + Width + Height) is not exceeding 150cm and not exceeding 100cm per side.
If a parcel is damaged or lost due to Ninja's mishandling and not attributed to a Force Majeure Event, Ninja's liability to compensate the shipper shall be limited to the value of the parcels content or equivalent to RM200, whichever is lower. If shipper agrees to pay Ninja a High Parcel Liability Cover fee in respect of a parcel that is the subject of Delivery Services, Ninja agree to extend its liability to compensate Shipper to the full value of the parcel or equivalent to RM4500, whichever is lower.
Claims are to be submitted to Ninja Van within 30 days of order creation, or 1 week from successful delivery of order. Any claims received after this period will not be processed.
Shipper will be billed according to shipper usage of the month and shipper shall make payment to Ninja Logistics Sdn Bhd before the due date as per indicated on the invoice issued.
If shipper wish to use C.O.D (Cash-on-Delivery) service, shipper shall agree to the terms and pay Ninja the fees and surcharges as describe in the Onboarding Agreement.
