My name is Avery Smith — I’m a Certified Food Safety Manager and private chef with a deep passion for giving people an unforgettable dining experience right in the comfort of their own home.
I’ve spent the last four years training in culinary arts at North Montco Technical Career Center, where I competed and medaled in SkillsUSA for Job Skills Demonstration A. I’ve also earned certifications in food safety (ServSafe Manager), allergen awareness, OSHA safety, and hands-on skill badges through NOCTI.
But beyond credentials, I simply love cooking. Whether it's a plated dinner for two or a brunch for a family gathering, I treat every meal like it’s personal — because it is. I don't do catering. I don’t do buffet pans. I bring the restaurant to you, fresh off the stove, plated hot, and customized to your taste.
