Work Specification

WORK SPECIFICATION

1. Site cleaning work.

2. Earth work excavation in all soils from 0’ to 7’ (Except hard Rock) with all lead and Lifts.

3. Supplying and filling M. sand in Layers not Exceeding 4.5” in depth in foundation and Gravel in  2’0” filling for basement including watering and consolidating etc.

4. Cement concrete 1:5:10 laid in layers not exceeding 4.5” to 6” for foundation and for flooring 4.5” thick.  Inclined curing etc., complete. 

5. Supply of ISI Steel and handle, cut, bend crank and fix in position etc., complete in Ground Floor & First Floor.  For Column 6 Nos of 12mm of rods provided. For Plinth Beam 5 Nos of 12 dia rods provided, in Lintel 4 Nos of 10 dia rods are provided. In Roof Main Rod 10 mm dia and distributor 8 mm dia rods are provided for One way slab and 10mm dia and distributor 10mm dia for two ways slabs.

6. Cement concrete 1:2:4 in raft, column beam, slab bases etc., complete 

7. Cement concrete 1:2:4 in Plinth beam laid not exceeding 1’3” height & width 9”.

8. Cement concrete 1:2:4 in Continuous Lintel laid not exceeding 6” thickness & width 9”.

9. Cement concrete 1:2:4 in roof, slabs, laid not exceeding 4½” thickness including roughening the underside immediately after the centering is removed etc., complete in ground floor.

10. Cement concrete 1:2:4 in flat sunshade to detail projecting 2’0” from the face of the walls 3” thickness, in Ground Floor. Finishing Plain type design only.

11. Brick masonry work in CM 1:6 using Locally available country brick in superstructure including scaffolding and curing etc., complete in ground floor.

12. Prepare the surface and plaster with CM 1:3 ½” thick the ceiling including beams including scaffolding curing etc., complete in ground floor.

13. Prepare the surfaces and plaster with CM 1:4, ½” thick to all surfaces of walls etc., including scaffolding curing etc., complete in ground floor.

14. Providing and fixing VENGAI WOOD MAIN DOOR without Ventilator Top, finishing ordinary paneled type door finishing with necessary hinges etc., complete in ground floor.

15. Providing and fixing County Wood (vengai) doors frames for Main door and Others with Ready-made flush doors shutter with necessary hinges etc., complete.

16. Providing and fixing County Wood Glazzed Windows Single shutters with necessary hinges etc., complete

17. Floor Tiles 24” x 24” of Ceramic tiles any branded of worth Rs.50/sft.

18. Providing Glazzed tiles 8” x 12” for the Toilets & Bathrooms up to 6 feet height any brand of Worth Rs.35/ sft.

19. Providing Glazzed tiles 8” x 12” for W.C. up to 3’0” feet height any brand of Worth

Rs.35 / sft.

20. Bath room, W.C. & Toilet Floors are ceramic Grip tiles 1’0” x 1’0” provided any brand of Worth Rs.35 / sft.

21. Stair case steps in Brick work with RCC waist slab and top are finished with Grip tiles and also in Common Passage

22. Window Grill & Grill Door of flat or 10 mm square rods are used (ordinary grill design).

23. R.C.C. Cupboard slab 3’6” length in Bedroom & kitchen room will be provided without wooden shutters.

24. Cooking Plot form Green marble slab of 2’0” width and sink 2’0” x 1’6” size in SS.Sink.

25. Electrical wiring as per standard requirement, including 3 phase arrangements with necessary Circuit Breaker are provided. (ELCB Fuse carrier, Isolator, D.B.Box & Three Phase arrangement main board work are not covered)

26. Plumbing / drainage -  PVC pipe for  Cold water & UPVC for Hot water line are provided.

27. Staircase hand railing 10 mm square Road with G.I pipe.

28. Weathering Course Concrete laid to slopes on roofs composed of one part of lime to two parts of approved broken brick jelly ¾” gauge laid in minimum gradient of 1 in 60 varying from 2” to 4½” thick rammed and well consolidated etc., complete over floor slab.

29. Providing and laying the water proofing cover over brick jelly concrete with one course of country tiles set in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound and the joints neatly pointed with CM 1:1 maintaining sufficient slope to drain rain water to the outlets as shown in detailed working drawing etc., complete over roof slab.

30. Prepare the surfaces and apply one coat of snowcem of white over two coats of snowcem approved color to all surfaces of walls including scaffolding and curing etc., complete.

31. Prepare the surfaces primer one coat and paint two coats of synthetic enamel paint of white / approved color and make to all C.W. joinery and grill including scaffolding etc., complete Main Door finishing with varnish.

32. For Compound 8” dia pile foundation provided with 4 Nos 10 mm dia rod and 6 mm dia ring @ 6” C/C Plinth beam size 1’0” x 9” RCC 1:2:4 provided with 4 Nos 12 mm  rod one rod 12mm rod for curtail rods above PB No Column raised only brick pillars all round only at compound wall gate portion RCC column provided.

33. Three sides of external walls painted with as per Elevation drawing
