course teachers:
We have one full-time faculty and three associate faculty teaching this course. All of us are Deaf and near-native American Sign Language signers. We strongly believe that we teach this course to students to the best of our abilities and that we are sharing our love for the language with you and for you to be able to understand us and for us to be able to understand you. That's the reason for you to take this course, it's a way to communicate with the state's largest Deaf population here in the Riverside/Moreno Valley area!
Additional courses will be added if there is a high demand for ASL I. If there is a waitlist for an online course with more than 10 students, a new section will be added in the same modality. This applies the same to any other modalities.
Prof. Jennifer Willey, full-time faculty
Prof. Kendra Rose, associate faculty
Prof. April Getten (Bernal), associate faculty

"As long as we have deaf people on earth, we will have signs. And as long as we have our films, we can preserve signs in their old purity. It is my hope that we will all love and guard our beautiful sign language as the noblest gift God has given to deaf people."
