My name is Jane Song and I graduated in 2020 with a bachelor’s in biochemistry with a neuroscience concentration! I joined ASK in the spring of 2017 and served as secretary for 2018-19 and vice president for 2019. ASK helped me grow such a strong bond with fellow sisters through a similar interest in STEM and so much more through events in and outside of campus! I’m currently a first-year dental student at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Catch y’all as a future dentist in 2025!
Anna Shelton is attending the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences for her PhD in Applied Physics. Her work explores how light can be used to revolutionize computing, time-keeping, and spectroscopy, among a variety of other applications. She joined ASK in the spring of 2019, and served as the Social Chair and President during her time as an Active. Her favorite memory was Big/Little reveal in the fall of 2020, where the chapter went to Carter Mountain to pick apples, and she got to surprise her Little on top of a viewing deck. When she’s not working, Anna loves to be involved with women in STEM outreach, as well as baking, making art, and playing video games.
