All elements of the application—including design, content, and technology—are the sole property of the Company. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the application without written permission from the Company.
Subscriptions
Premium subscription plans grant access to additional tools, features, and enhanced functionality. Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew according to the chosen billing cycle (weekly, monthly, or annually). Payments are processed through your iTunes account upon purchase confirmation. To prevent automatic renewal, users must turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. Cancellations can be managed through App Store Account Settings. Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the active subscription. For questions about pricing or plans, users can contact customer support. A valid App Store account is required for uninterrupted subscription service.

Updates

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. The application of conflict of law principles is expressly excluded.
