Terms of Use for Ask AI Mobile Application

Welcome to Ask AI ("App", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal and non-commercial use.

You may submit prompts to ChatGPT via the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the App and Company's business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you either are the sole and exclusive owner of all User Content or you have all rights, licenses, consents, and releases that are necessary to grant to us the rights in such User Content, as contemplated under these Terms; and (ii) neither the User Content, nor your submission, uploading, publishing or otherwise making available of such User Content, nor our use of the User Content as permitted herein will infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party's patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other proprietary or intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.

You agree not to:

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the App, except as follows: (i) your computer or mobile device may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials; (ii) you may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes; (iii) you may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the App
