Context and issues
In this pandemic era, the need for online learning is increasing. While distance learning is an alternative option that can be taken, it is also necessary to find out challenges and opportunities of the rapid development of online learning.
To overcome the challenges of online learning, it is necessary for interdisciplinary support from various educational stakeholders. The national and local governments, for example, have provided socio-economic assistance, one of which is free internet quotas for student learning, while also providing various kinds of assistance to state schools to improve facilities. Meanwhile, NGOs participate more in providing access to learning such as providing infrastructure for underprivileged children, free learning, etc. However, considering the number of teachers and students who are still unable to optimize online learning and the lack of NGOs specifically engaged in improving the quality of online learning, the project aims to bridge this gap.
