About
I am Asif Ali, from India. Currently working as postdoctoral researcher in LOREA beamline at ALBA synchrotron, Barcelona, Spain. I received my PhD at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Bhopal under the supervision of Dr. Ravi Shankar Singh.
My research interest lies in experimental condensed matter physics. I work with photoemission spectroscopy and band structure calculations to investigate the electronic structure of condensed matter systems in order to understand their ground state properties. My broad research interests include correlated quantum materials.
