A: We will have staff at Beijing Capital International Airport to assist you with pickups or hailing a ride. We will collect your flight information before the conference to ensure a smooth arrival.
The distance to the Peking University East Gate is about 32–35 km. You have two main travel options:
By Taxi / Ride-hailing (Most convenient): Takes about 50–70 minutes and costs 110–130 RMB (including tolls).
By Subway (Avoids traffic): Takes about 65–75 minutes and costs 30 RMB.
Route: Take the Capital Airport Express to Sanyuanqiao Station ➔ Transfer to Line 10 to Haidian Huangzhuang Station ➔ Transfer to Line 4 to Peking University East Gate Station.
Take Exit C (Southwest), and the destination gate is just 50 meters away.
A: You have two options for accommodation:
Option 1: Use our pre-reserved rooms. We have reserved King and Twin rooms at "Shao Yuan" (located inside the Peking University campus) for approximately 600 RMB (~$90 USD) per night. We will collect your accommodation preferences prior to the conference and arrange this for you.
Option 2: Book on your own. If you prefer to make your own reservations, here are some nearby recommendations:
PKU Zhongguan Xinyuan Global Village (北京大学中关新园): ~150m away, from 700 RMB/night
Yunshang Siji Hotel (云上四季酒店): ~500m away, from 360 RMB/night
