Who we are

FAPA is an alliance of faculty associations representing faculty of Asian, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander heritage at accredited universities and academic institutions in the United States.

The mission of the FAPA is to

• Promote open collaboration in education, research, and professional development.

• Advocate for and safeguard academic freedom, career advancement opportunities, and legal rights of our community.

The FAPA shall be a not-for-profit and nonpolitical organization.

Membership

Full membership of FAPA is open to all associations, councils, clubs, coalitions, or assemblies consisting of faculty of Asian, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander heritage affiliated with respective universities or academic institutions, as recognized employee groups or organizations.
