ASIAN App

This Privacy Policy explains how FOXKRIT ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information in the ASIAN mobile application (package name: com.asianelectricals.catalog), available on Google Play.

ASIAN is a business application for authorised staff and business partners. They use it to browse a product catalog, manage products and create quotations. Accounts are issued by the organisation; the public cannot sign up.

1. Information we collect

• Name and email address: to create and manage your account and let you sign in.

• Password: used only for sign-in. It is stored as a secure hash by our authentication provider and never in plain text.

• User ID and a randomly generated app installation ID: to manage your active login sessions.

• Photos you choose to upload: used as product images in the catalog.

• Product information (names, descriptions, prices): to run the catalog and create quotations.

We do NOT collect your location, contacts, phone number, call logs, SMS, advertising ID, analytics or crash data. The app contains no ads.

2. Camera and photo access

The app only opens the camera or photo gallery when you choose to add or change a product image. Only the image you select is uploaded. We do not access any other photos on your device.

3. How we use your information

We use your information only to:

• Sign you in and keep your account secure

• Show and manage the product catalog

• Create, print and share quotations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.

4. Storage, security and sharing

Your data is stored with our cloud hosting provider, Supabase, and is always transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access is restricted to authorised accounts.

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except:

• Service providers that host the app's data on our behalf (Supabase)

• When required by law or a valid legal request

When you share a quotation through WhatsApp or another app, that app handles the content under its own privacy policy.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your account information while your account is active.

You can delete your account at any time:

• In the app: open Profile, tap Delete Account, type DELETE and confirm, or

• Follow the steps at https://sites.google.com/view/asian-app/delete-account

Deleting your account permanently removes your name, email address, login credentials and session records. Requests made by email are completed within 30 days.

Product catalog entries and quotations are business records of the organisation. They are kept after a staff account is deleted and contain no personal data about you.

6. Children's privacy

ASIAN is a business application intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us at the email below.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
