The Biggest Easter Classic Basketball Tournament is HERE!

Melbourne is the place to be this Easter!

Universal Athlete Centre Keysborough is pleased to announce details for the 2026 Easter Classic. The 2026 tournament will run for three days from 3rd of April to 5th of April – games will be played on Easter Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Waverley Basketball Stadium.

The Easter Competition has been running since 1997 and is an annual event to showcase talent around Australia. This year will see teams from Sydney, Brisbane & Philipines travelling down to Melbourne to compete.

Melbourne teams may have home court advantage but that won’t stop the interstate teams from sending their talent to make their cities proud.

The Easter tournament has been around since the 90’s and it has never disappointed.

This year promises to be massive as many teams from Sydney and Brisbane are already locking in to take the bragging rights with them back to their home towns.

This tournament will give teams an opportunity to play against some of the best players around Australia and locally so you will definitely need to bring your A game.

There will be open Premier Men’s & Womens Division as well as a Mens Division 1 and 2.
