- Each team must register at the ICPC Baylor site for 2017 ACM ICPC Asia Manila Philippine National Programming Contest (which is a subsite of the 2017 ACM ICPC Asia Manila Regional Contest).
- Each team must create an account at HackerRank.com through https://www.hackerrank.com/settings/teams. Each team member must have an account at HackerRank.com.
- For confirmation, image scans of following must be submitted to Dr. Rafael Saldana (rsaldana@ateneo.edu) and Dr. Allan Sioson (allan.sioson@gmail.com), copy furnished to info.discs@ateneo.edu, to complete the registration:
- Team composition
- Team name
- School Name
- Complete name, age, email address, and course (i.e., Bachelors degree and major) of each student. All participating students must be enrolled in a baccalaureate program. Note: each student can only be a member of one team.
- Complete name, email address, and affiliated department of the team coach
- Official endorsement of the team signed by a school official (i.e., Department Chair, College Dean, Vice President for Academic Affairs, or University President).
- Proof that each team member is a student currently enrolled in the endorsing school. This could be the official matriculation form (of each team member) signed by the School Registrar or an official certification of the School Registrar.
- Proof that the coach is a teacher/employee of the school. This could be a certification of the Department Chair, College Dean, or HR Director.
