I am a Research Scientist at the Institute for Software Integrated Systems, Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee. I am interested in the areas of Affective Computing, Learning Technologies, and Computer Vision. I work is proimarily on video affective content analysis, multi-modal learning analytics, human in a loop SRL and SSRL processes and the application of deep learning in education. I also work in ethics, privacy, and bias in K-12 education vision data
My current research can be broadly described as "Multimodal, multisensor student engagement analysis in various learning environments".
