Class Descriptions:

Ashtanga - Full Primary Series

This class is suited for beginner students seeking an athletic style of yoga. This traditional class of Ashtanga as taught by Shri K. Pattabhi Jois unites yoga movement with breath. Class includes Surya Namaskara A & B, standing sequence of asanas (postures), primary seated sequence, & finishing sequence. “Practice and all is coming!”

Rocket Vinyasa Yoga

This class is suited for intermediate & eager athletic beginner students of flowing yoga. Rocket Vinyasa is styled in the lineage of Larry Schultz, my deceased teacher. This class includes warmups of Surya Namaskaras, and a different sequencing of the postures. We will practice forearm balances, arm balances, a handstand plus a few other intermediate postures. A dynamic flowing class - Come & Practice!!!
