Hi, I'm Sophie Birch, a passionate film, videography and photography student currently studying a Level 3 media course, at Access Creative College. I love to capture a story, if that behind and in front of a lens, or in an editing software.

I have always loved having a creative outlet. During Secondary school, this outlet was Fine Art GCSE. Currently, I have a love for film creation, that being scriptwriting or being behind the lens. When I was in Primary school, I recorded fake days in the life with my friends and during Secondary school, I took to YouTube to create stop motion videos, that gained some attraction. I also have a love for capturing the world through a lens, either through showcasing my ideas or going on spontaneous photoshoots. 

During my studies, I have developed my cinematography, editing, and photography skills, working on various projects that explore different styles and techniques. I enjoy experimenting and trying something new with my work, especially visual story telling.​

I'm always looking to expand my creative skills and collaborate with others with similar passions to mine! Whether this is short film projects, promotional videos or photoshoots, I'm excited to gain hands-on experience and to bring ideas to life.
