Q: Will I receive a refund if I leave later than expected or return early or other refund polices

A: Its not unusual for trip plans to change last minute , once service has started I do not offer refunds. Please understand I have booked your dates and have turned away other clients.
I will refund if there is an error on my end and I am unable to provide service such as weather, accidents, sickness etc...
Ashley's Ark Pet Sitting LLC Cancelation & Refund Policy are as follows below:
1. Cancelations 48 to 72 hours prior to service date will result in a 50% fee of total invoice amount, remaining balance can be refunded or can be credited to account. ( credit balance will expire if unused 120 days from date of cancelation)
2. Cancelations 24 hours till service date will result in a 50% fee of total invoice. Remaining balance will be credited ONLY. ( credit balance will expire if unused 120 days from date of cancelation)
3. If less than 24 hour notice from service date or Once services have started there will be no refunds or credits to account, total invoice fee is forfited.
4. Repeated cancelations with 72 hour notice or less will result in client termination.
5. Inclement Weather such as hurricanes, snow storms, tornados etc. Which are beyond control are not subject to the above.
