All appointments MAY be booked UP TO 4 Weeks in advance.

A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required at the time of booking in order to secure an appointment.

If you cancel within 24 hours, $20 will be redeemed.

Communicate your preferences, expectations and concerns.

Communicate complete and accurate health information and reasons for your visit.

Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect.

Use products, equipment and therapies as directed.

Adhere to the spa’s published policies and procedures.

Pregnancy or Medical Conditions: Be sure to mention any medical information when you book an appointment. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you. Before your treatment begins, let your therapist or esthetician know of any medical concerns or if you’re wearing contact lenses before you have a facial.  If you are pregnant, massage services are provided only if you are beyond your first trimester (twelve weeks).
