General Policy Guidelines:
All clients are required to review my policies prior to booking. A link to my website with all policies will be provided.
By receiving the policy link, you agree to the terms and conditions listed—regardless of whether or not you choose to read them.
My responsibility is to provide you with the link; it is your responsibility to review the information.
All policies are enforced without exceptions or additional warnings, as the website clearly states all terms.
Appointment Confirmation Requirement:
On the morning of your appointment, you will receive a confirmation text along with a link to my policies.
You must reply to this confirmation text within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment time to hold your spot.
If no confirmation is received within this time frame, your appointment will be automatically canceled.
A $50 penalty fee will be applied to your next appointment in order to reschedule.
Strictly Enforced Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
I understand that schedules can change, and I’m happy to accommodate rescheduling requests with at least 24 hours’ notice. However, please note that excessive rescheduling disrupts the availability of services for other clients. To help maintain availability, please note the following policy:
Frequent Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment more than twice within a six month period, a rescheduling fee of $50 will apply. This fee will be added to the cost of your next appointment. This ensures fairness and keeps appointments available for all clients.
Cancellation: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50, which will be added to the cost of your next appointment.
Late Arrivals: I provide a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I will need to reschedule your appointment, and a rescheduling fee of $50 will be added to the cost of your next appointment. Late arrivals within the 10 minutes may result in service alteration to fit the remaining appointment time slot.
Confirmations: As a courtesy, your appointment is confirmed by the scheduling system, it will send out a text reminder of your appointment at least one day prior to your appointment. If the scheduling system is unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and potential cancellation fees.
Appointment Changes: If you need to remove a service from your appointment, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance. If a service is removed with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the cost of the removed service will be charged.
Service Change Policy: If you would like to change your scheduled service (for example, switching from highlights to all-over color), please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Service changes are subject to my current schedule availability and product stock.
Health Concerns: If you are feeling sick or have been around someone who is sick, please let me know, and I will need to reschedule your appointment for everyone’s safety. I’m becoming strict about this because if I get sick, I’m out of work and risking my family’s health. I prioritize our health above everything—including work. If you show up with symptoms, you WILL be sent home. Even if you’re at the end of a cold, we must reschedule. Please ask yourself these questions and if you answer yes to any, we must reschedule.
1. Have you had any cold/flu/COVID symptoms (cough, congestion, sore throat, etc.) in the past 14 days?
2. Has anyone you’ve been around had symptoms in the last 14 days?
3. Do you have any lingering symptoms, even mild ones (coughing, congestion, etc.)?

Clothing Notice: Please avoid wearing nice or valuable clothing to your color appointment. While I take precautions to protect your clothing, I cannot guarantee it won’t be exposed to color and am not responsible for any damage.
Exclusive Off-Hours Availability: If I’m fully booked and you’re in urgent need of an appointment, I may be available on my days off or outside regular hours for double the service price. This option is available only upon request and subject to availability.
I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise, and I will always try my best to work with my clients to accommodate them. I value your time and commitment, and this policy allows me to keep my schedule open and accessible to everyone. Thank you for your understanding!
