2. Use of MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE Permission

The Application requests access to all files on your device through the MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission in order to enable the following core functionality:

This permission is critical to the app’s core purpose and without it, the Application would be rendered non-functional. All file access operations are performed locally on your device. No personal files or content are uploaded to external servers or shared with third parties.

If your device is running Android 11 (API level 30) or higher, this permission is handled according to Google’s scoped storage requirements.

3. Third-Party Services

The Application may share anonymized, aggregated data with trusted third-party service providers to enhance app performance and diagnostics.
