Our name, Ashby Theodora; two extraordinary women. Ashby, is in memoriam of my paternal grandmother, who introduced me to “tea biscuits”(scones) as a child, and Theodora is for my grandmother-in-law. The strength of faith and dedication to family demonstrated by these women in addition to the love and support they have given me, has left an irrefutable imprint on my life.
