GENERAL INFO:

Not happy with your purchase and it doesn't meet these guidelines? Give send us an email and talk to us about it! If you have any questions please contact us for help at mcteeteesandmore23@gmail.com. All merchandise remains our property until payment is fulfilled. Any attempts of fraud will be reported to the police. McTee Tees and More reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if pick-up/delivery time is affected. No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout are accepted. McTee Tees and More holds the right to have minor deviations related to how material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, appear on our online shop. This also includes type faults, price and stock changes. Our design fees are NON-REFUNABLE. We try and create the logo/design you desire. You will not recieve the logo/design file(s) until after you have paid.

CANCELATION AND REFUNDS:

Custom orders can not be cancelled after 24hrs from the time your order is confirmed, invoice has been paid! An order confirmed means you will receive an invoice by email, once you receive that invoice and it has been paid for, you have 24 hours after that set time to cancel your order. After that time you can not cancel the order, you may change it anytime. We do not offer refunds! If you believe your order is incorrect or damaged/defective please scroll down to read our terms on "damaged/defective items or incorrect order". All reports must be made within 24 hours after receiving your order, pick-up/delivery, or it will not be accepted under any circumstance! WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!

SHIPPING:

Exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of the original shipment/pickup date.

All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receiving the order for store credit only and can be used for online purchases. All returns will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving them. After 15 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases. Items must be sent back in original unworn condition with all tags still attached. Must be unworn, unwashed, and scent free. Must be clean. No deodorant stains, makeup, etc.If any of these are compromised we will not accept the return! Shipping an exchange back is the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure to use a shipping method with tracking. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING INFO. We are not responsible for items returned to us due to incorrect address. You will need to include your return form with your order. Gift certificates are non exchangeable and non refundable. Orders shipping to APO for military always ship FREE as a thank you to our military! We ship within the United States. We currently do not ship to Canada or other international countries.

Damaged/Defective Items or Incorrect Orders: 

We check all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you and also check to ensure all items are packed in the order, but we are human and know that we sometimes make mistakes. So, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective or believe something is missing from your order, this is for you! Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment, all tags must still be attached. All reports must be made within 24 hours after receiving your order, pick-up/delivery, or it will not be accepted under any circumstance! Please contact us immediately at mcteeteesandmore23@gmail.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area or the item(s) you believe are missing from your order. Please include your first and last name and order number.

Payment Options/info:

- The Square Invoice via credit/debit card

- Cash

When using a credit card you pay immediately at checkout. All information concerning your credit/debit card is encrypted and secured. McTee Tees and More reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if pick-up/delivery time is affected. McTee Tees and More can also demand you to confirm the order separately by mail sent to the invoice address before your order is delivered.
