Ashbound: The Last Spark (“Ashbound,” “the game”) is provided by Walter Avornyo (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how information is handled when you play the game.
Ashbound stores game progress, settings, earned currency, equipment, upgrades and purchase entitlement information locally on your device. The game does not require you to create an account with us.
Clearing the game’s app data or uninstalling it may remove local progress. Device backup settings may also affect how local data is retained.
Ashbound uses Unity LevelPlay, including Unity Ads and ironSource, to display advertisements.
These services and their advertising partners may collect and process information such as:
Advertising identifiers and other device or installation identifiers.
IP address and approximate location inferred from it.
Device model, operating system, language and app version.
Ad views, clicks, interactions and related app activity.
Diagnostic and performance information.
This information may be used to deliver and measure advertisements, personalize ads where permitted, maintain services, and detect fraud.

Ashbound offers optional one-time purchases, including Remove Ads, Unlock All Levels and Unlock All Weapons.
Google Play processes payments. We do not receive your full payment card details. Google Play and Unity In-App Purchasing may process purchase records, transaction identifiers, purchase tokens, device information and other technical data needed to complete, verify and restore purchases.
The game stores entitlement information locally to remember purchased features.

If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message and screenshots. We use it to respond to your request and investigate reported problems.
Please do not send passwords or payment card details.
Information may be processed by advertising, payment and technical service providers as described above, by their service partners, and when necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect against fraud.
Advertising partners may process information for their own purposes under their privacy policies. Certain advertising disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws.
You can manage advertising identifier and privacy settings through your Android device settings. Depending on your device and region, you may also have choices through Google, Unity, or controls displayed within advertisements.
Purchasing Remove Ads disables the game’s automatic interstitial advertisements. It does not delete information previously collected or stop processing needed for purchases and other technical services.
Where applicable, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal information, withdraw consent, or object to certain uses. Contact us using the address below. For information held independently by Google or Unity, their privacy policies explain how to submit requests.
Local game data remains on your device until it is cleared or otherwise removed. Purchase records and data held by service providers are retained according to their policies and applicable legal requirements.
We retain support correspondence only as needed to handle requests and meet legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion of information you have sent directly to us.
Ashbound is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence, subject to their privacy policies and applicable safeguards.
We use reasonable measures to protect information under our control. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. The revised policy will show an updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
