MD MILON HOSSAIN ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Spades No Ads app ("App", "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

Spades No Ads is designed to be an offline card game. We do not collect, store, sell, or share personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos, messages, or browsing history. We do not use third-party advertising networks or tracking tools inside the App.

2. Local Device Data

The App may store limited information locally on your device, such as game settings, sound preferences, subscription status, and gameplay progress if applicable. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers in-app purchases and subscriptions for premium access. Available options may include a Weekly Subscription and a Lifetime Unlock.

Weekly Subscription:

- Auto-renewable subscription

- Renews every 7 days

- The exact price is shown in the App and is provided dynamically through the App Store

- It renews automatically unless cancelled through your Apple ID subscription settings

Lifetime Unlock:

- One-time non-consumable purchase

- Provides permanent access to premium features

- Does not renew

Apple handles all payment processing. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.

4. Subscription Data

To manage premium access, the App may check purchase entitlement information provided by Apple. This may include whether a subscription is active or whether a lifetime purchase is owned. We may store a local flag on your device so the App can remember whether Pro access is active.

5. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or change devices, you may use Apple’s restore purchase flow to recover eligible purchases.

6. No Ads and No Tracking

The App is designed to be ad-free. We do not show third-party advertising inside the App and we do not track you across apps or websites.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple services for in-app purchases, subscription entitlement checks, and standard App Store features. These services are governed by Apple’s own policies and terms.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Data Retention

Because we do not collect personal user data, we generally do not retain personal information. Any local preferences or local game data remain on your device until you delete the App or clear app data from your device.

10. Your Privacy Choices

You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings. Because we do not collect personal data, there is no account deletion process required for the App.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and make the revised policy available in the App and/or on our website.
