Aseel Water Driver App we values the privacy of the drivers who use the Aseel Water Driver App (“App”) to manage and complete water delivery services across Qatar. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
When you use the Aseel Water Driver App, we may collect the following information:
Personal Information
Name, phone number, driver ID, and login credentials.
Delivery & Order Data
Assigned orders, delivery addresses, Masjid details, E-Coupon redemptions, and completion status.
Location Information=
GPS location while using the App, to help with navigation, route optimization, and proof of delivery.
Camera & Media Access
Photos taken with the camera or uploaded from the device gallery, used exclusively for proof of delivery or product confirmation.
We do not access or store other personal photos or media from your device.
Device Information
Device type, operating system, app version, and usage logs to improve performance and security.
We use the collected information to:
Assign and manage delivery orders.
Provide accurate navigation and location details.
Capture and upload photos as proof of completed deliveries.
Track and confirm delivery status in real time.
Verify and process E-Coupon redemptions.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Information may only be shared with:
Aseel Water Company Admin Team – for order management, performance tracking, and customer service.
Service Providers – trusted partners that support navigation, hosting, or analytics, bound by confidentiality agreements.
Legal Authorities – when required by Qatari law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Aseel Water Company, its customers, or drivers.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encryption, secure servers, and access restrictions. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.
Delivery, photo, and driver-related data are retained as long as you are an active driver with Aseel Water Company.
Upon account termination, certain records (such as delivery logs and proof-of-delivery images) may be retained for legal, operational, or regulatory requirements.
As a driver, you may:
Access and review your personal information.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
The App may use third-party services (e.g., Google Maps for navigation). These services may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies separately.
Camera – to take and upload photos as proof of delivery.
Storage (optional) – to upload delivery-related photos saved on your device.
Location – to provide accurate navigation, track deliveries, and verify completion.
The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be notified within the App or by other appropriate means. The “Effective Date” at the top indicates the latest revision.
11.Account & Data Deletion
Drivers using the Aseel Water Driver App can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.
