Podium presentations can be a maximum of 12 minutes, with 3 minutes for questions. You must bring your laptop with your presentation ready to go. We will have HDMI connections in all presentation rooms in addition to USB-C in some. Please bring any converters you will need from HDMI to your laptop. 

An easel, backer board, and push pins will be provided for you. The boards are 48″ wide x 36″ tall so please print your poster within this size limitation.

Extended Abstract and Full Paper Submission

Name the file LastName_FirstName.pdf using the Corresponding Author's last name and first name. Add a number after your first name if you are delivering multiple presentations. 

If you are submitting an extended abstract, please limit it to two pages (including references and figures). If you are submitting a full paper, please adhere to the formatting in Appendix D in the ASEE Author Toolkit.
