My rules in Renata PLC:

Monitoring Water Plant systems, and maintaining the conductivity, pH, temperature, pressure, and flow of purified water and water for injection, which is used in sterile products in pharmaceuticals.
Responsible for calibration, and validation of pharmaceutical production-related sensors and equipment.
Maintaining the temperature mapping schedule of Solution Preparation Systems, Autoclave/Lyophilizer chamber, and Depyrogenation Tunnel.

A part of the activities in my Job

Calibration

Worked as a Calibration Engineer according to ISO/IEC 17025 guidelines. Responsible for In-house calibration with adjustment (if needed) of Temperature, Pressure, Thermo-hygrometer, Flow and Velocity, TOC, Conductivity sensor, and Balance. Ensure the accuracy and quality of measurements of above mentioned sensors that directly connected with the pharma production machinery and water plant

Validation

As a process validation engineer, I have validated or revalidated various systems and equipment in pharmaceutical manufacturing plants. This includes the qualification of autoclaves, tunnels, lyophilizers, solution preparation systems/vessels, VHP passboxes, and more. For validation purposes, we used the 21 CFR-compliant ellab validation system.

Mapping

Execute Temperature & %RH Mapping of Temperature control area/Storage area and Preparation of Mapping protocol & report.
