By filling out the Questionnaire, reading this site, and/or accessing the Discord server you are giving implicit consent that you have read and agreed to the subsequent disclaimers and terms of service.

Members of ASDirect are not medical professionals. Our statements, opinions, viewpoints, and advice are not those of experts and should not be taken as such. 

We cannot guarantee confidentiality of anything said in ASDirect, including channels dedicated to support and counsel. 

We retain information from our Questionnaire. This information includes but may not be limited to email addresses, Discord tags, birthday months, locations, genders, usernames, diagnostic status, and any other personal information volunteered by the user filling out the form. 

We gather this information for the expressed and sole purpose of organizing new users to the Discord server-- information including but not limited to Discord tag, gender, diagnostic status, and age is used for assigning roles and allowing access to the server; information including but not limited to birthday month, location, and any other volunteered information is used to aid in compiling an introductory post for the user. 

This information is accessible by The Chair and dedicated members of The Chamber. Any information is not nor is to ever be given to anyone outside of these specified parties and if so may constitute grounds for legal action.

This information is stored on Google's Sites and is subject to any corresponding Privacy and Legal policies that may apply.

Our server is hosted on Discord and utilizes Discord function. Using the Discord application on any device involves agreement with Discord's terms of service, legal disclaimers, and liabilities. 

ASDirect is not responsible for users misrepresenting or breaking the terms of Discord, Google Sites, or any related affiliates and third parties associated with the hosting and functioning of the ASDirect Discord Server and Rules Site. 

Any interaction that is not on the ASDirect server on Discord, including but not limited to direct messages, is not under the purview of these terms and ASDirect members are not legally responsible for any interactions that may occur. 

These terms are not necessarily comprehensive and contingencies and circumstances that could not be reasonably foreseen may not be legal grounds for dispute. 

These disclaimers were not written by an accredited attorney nor expert in the law of any nation and may be null and void. 

All logos, slogans, and projects started by ASDirect as well as the name "ASDirect" is the property and ownership of those on The Chair and Chamber as part of a non-profit support group entity. 

Any decisions by the Chamber or Chair regarding the kicking, banning, editing, silencing, or any other reparative action is done under their discretion and is liable to change depending on context, but has not and will not knowingly violate any law or terms of service related to Discord or the laws pertaining to the user.
