1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Asdfgh Studio ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Block Touch mobile application ("App" or "Game"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws.

Our App is designed for users of all ages, including children under 13 years of age. We comply with the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Google Play Families Policy requirements.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information from Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. In compliance with COPPA and GDPR, we do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, precise location data, photos, videos, audio recordings, or persistent identifiers for advertising purposes from children.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

Our App may automatically collect limited technical information necessary for the App to function properly:

• Device type and model

• Operating system and version

• App performance data and crash reports

• Game progress data (stored locally on your device only)

3. Advertising

Our App displays advertisements through Google AdMob, which is part of the Google Play Families Self-Certified Ads SDK Program. AdMob is configured to serve only age-appropriate advertisements suitable for all audiences, including children.

For child users: We have enabled child-directed treatment in AdMob settings. This means:

• No personalized or behavioral advertising is shown to children

• No interest-based advertising is displayed

• Only contextual, age-appropriate ads are served

• No remarketing or retargeting is performed

• No persistent identifiers are used for advertising purposes

4. In-App Purchases

Block Touch does not contain any in-app purchases. The App is completely free to use with no premium features, virtual currencies, or paid content of any kind.

5. Third-Party Services

Our App uses the following third-party services, all of which comply with COPPA and GDPR requirements:

• Google AdMob: For displaying age-appropriate advertisements

• Google Play Services: For app distribution and updates

• Firebase Crashlytics: For anonymous crash reporting and app stability monitoring

6. How We Use Information

The limited technical information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the App's functionality

• To identify and fix technical issues and bugs

• To improve App performance and user experience

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect any information processed through our App. Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We retain technical data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and improve App performance. Crash reports and performance data are automatically deleted after 90 days. Game progress data is stored locally on your device and can be deleted by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data through your device settings.

10. Children's Privacy

Protecting children's privacy is especially important to us. Our App is designed to be safe for children of all ages. We take the following measures:

• We do not collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent

• We do not include features that encourage children to disclose personal information

• We do not allow behavioral or interest-based advertising for children

• All advertisements shown are age-appropriate and comply with Google Play Families Policy

• We do not include social media integration or external links accessible to children

• All content within the App is appropriate for all ages

11. Parental Rights (COPPA)

Under COPPA, parents and legal guardians have the following rights:

• Right to review any personal information collected from their child

• Right to refuse further collection or use of their child's information

• Right to request deletion of their child's personal information
