The All Saints Catholic School HSA is a community of school parents who dedicate themselves to serving the school.
Throughout the school year, the HSA hosts several events including Back to School, Candy Crawl, Daddy/Daughter dance, and Mother/Son day. The HSA also takes great pride in supporting our teachers and staff with lunches, treats, and a fully stocked lounge.
Want to give back to the community and get involved with the HSA? Board position elections take place in April and all skills and talents are welcome!

Back to School Blast Off!
Join us as we kick off the 2026–2027 school year! Bring the whole family to All Saints Catholic School on Sunday, August 9, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM for coffee, donuts, and a chance to reconnect with our school community before the first day. It's the perfect way to meet teachers, see friends, and get ready for a great year ahead.
Schedule of Events:
10:30 – 10:45 AM — Donuts & coffee in the cafeteria
10:45 AM — Welcome from Mrs. Alcala in the cafeteria
10:50 AM — Classrooms open
11:00 AM — Gym opens with ASCS information tables

HSA Parent Meetings
We'd love to see you at our HSA parent meetings this year! To make it easy to attend, each meeting is offered twice on the same day — a morning session right after drop-off at 7:45 AM and an evening session at 6:00 PM. Pick whichever time works best for you.
The parent meetings will be held on Tuesday September 1, January 12, April 20 .
Parent Rosary
Let's pray together as a Catholic community! After morning drop-off, parents are invited to the school chapel to pray the rosary.
Monthly Rosaries will be held on the second Tuesday of the month at 7:45 am, August 18(third Tuesday of the month to accomodate start of school) September 8, October 13, November 10, December 8, January 12, February 9, March 9, April 13 and May 11
Dad's Club Coffees
Dads, come together after morning carpool for coffee and fellowship with other All Saints fathers.
Dad's Club meet ups will be September 3, November 5, February 4 and April 1
Eagle Store Donation Pickup
Gently used school uniforms are for sale in the Eagle Store. Stop by during school hours and shop has greatly reduced rates. Plus, we make it easy to donate.
Bring your prewashed and gently used uniforms to morning carpool on the following dates: August 27, November 19, January 28, and May 13.

Want to Volunteer? Get Safe Environment Cleared!
All ASCS volunteers must be Safe Environment cleared through the Diocese of Dallas before serving on campus. As of October 2025, the Diocese now uses VIRTUS Online (formerly Ministry Safe). First-timers can register at virtusonline.org — select the Dallas, TX Diocese and follow the steps for first-time applicants.

Our new Golden Eagles group is a chance to socialize, pray, and serve our school — while connecting with other grandparents and seeing your grandkids during the school day. Join us for our first Morning Mingle on Friday, September 18, 2026, after school Mass for coffee in the atrium.
