Do you Deliver?

As of the moment, we don't have our own rider, but you can book a courier service to have it delivered like lalamove, Angkas Padala, GrabExpress, Gogo Express, and the like.. The delivery charges would depend on the courier service provider you book which you'll pay directly to them once you received the order.

What mode of payment accepted?

Mode of payments can be bank transfer, Gcash or Cash.
(Note: we don't accept cash on delivery orders. )

❣️Mode of Payment balloon order:

Strictly 50% down Payment First to confirm your order and the remaining 50% before we hand-over to you (if pick-up) or to courier your booked (if for delivery)

The amount of add-ons charge and item price should be send along with the down payment.

Strictly 50% down Payment First to confirm your order and the remaining 50% before we hand-over to you (if pick-up) or to courier your booked (if for delivery)

The amount of add-ons charge and item price should be send along with the down payment.
There will be cash out fee and should be included in the down payment, please see image below for the charge reference
- the bills to be used should be sent at least 2 days before the order so we can have time to cash-out and bill change the money.
- We can't guarantee to get New Bills from the bank
- See G-cash cash out charge below
- Rush fee applies to 1 day before order

❣️Mode of Payment customer with add-ons:

Strictly 50% down Payment First to confirm your order and the remaining 50% before we hand-over to you (if pick-up) or to courier your booked (if for delivery)
The amount of add-ons charge and item price should be send along with the down payment.
An Additional add-on charges will apply every time the add-on reach 12 pcs.
There will be cash out fee and should be included in the down payment, please see image below for the charge reference

Can I Return/Cancel my orders?

Yes, we accept return and cancellation 2-3days before delivery date. Please notify us through our facebook page.

Is cash-on-Delivery available?

No, we strictly don’t accept cash on delivery

How can I track my order?

You can check the status of your order on the courier's app you book for your delivery order. On the day of delivery, we will send to you the actual photo before we hand over the order to the courier.

Do you accept order outside Metro Manila?

Yes, we accept order outside Paranaque if your order is for pick-up. If your order is for delivery we highly suggest for you to book a car courier instead of motorcycle delivery and please be advice that the amount of delivery might be expensive. Also, the damages occur during or after delivery will not be our obligation, we will send you the picture of the product before we hand over to the courier.

Do you offer free delivery?

As of the moment, we DON'T have FREE DELIVERY, but you can book a courier service to have it delivered like lalamove, Angkas Padala, GrabExpress, Gogo Express, and the like.. The delivery charges would depend on the courier service provider you book which you'll pay directly to them once you received the order.

Do you accept rush order?

We accept 1 day before rush order with rush fee charge of 100.

Do you accept personalize order?

Yes, there will be additional charge for personalization or different charge base on the availability of the product needed and cost
