Berwick cottage was our home for over 10 years and since moving 3 miles down the road, it has been available to rent as a holiday home. We have a real love for Berwick cottage and we hope you will also!
Berwick cottage is situated on a quiet residential street, with limited passing traffic.
We believe you will find Berwick a wonderful 'home from home' and will be so very pleased you chose to stay.
To the side is a shared driveway, leading down to the dedicated parking
Guests may park their vehicle under the car port
Access to the property can be either from the front or rear doors
DOWNSTAIRS
Walking through the front door, you will find a very lovely and comfortable lounge area, with plenty of seating to enable you sit back and relax and perhaps watch the 49" curved Samsung TV, or play a board game or two.
There is a dining area where you can enjoy a wonderfully home cooked meal from the kitchen, which is fully stocked allowing you to conjure up your favourite meal.
OUTSIDE
Stepping out from the kitchen, onto the decking, you find a lovely cottage garden, filled with colour. At the end of the garden you will find a small terrace, which is the perfect spot for catching some evening sun in a peaceful environment.
You will find garden furniture on on the decking, to enjoy those long summer days.
And you car will be nicely tucked away and secure at the bottom of the driveway, under the car port.
UPSTAIRS
Berwick cottage has 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite and an upstairs family bathroom.
The principle bedroom is at the front of the house, having a very comfy king size bed.
The rear bedroom overlooks the peaceful garden and has a double bed and an en-suite shower room and WC.
The middle bedroom has a single bed.
The family bathroom has a bath and a fantastic over the bath drench shower, with screen, meaning you will plenty of room to have an enjoyable shower.
All bedding is supplied, as well as shower gel and hand soap.
