Ascension Quest: Fitness RPG is developed and published by Ascension Quest Dev (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information Ascension Quest: Fitness RPG (“Ascension Quest” or “the app”) collects, how that information is used, how certain information is processed by third-party service providers, and the choices available to users regarding their information.
Ascension Quest collects and processes information needed to provide account authentication, cloud synchronization, game progression, purchase entitlement, and app analytics.
If you choose to sign in using Google Sign-In, Ascension Quest uses Firebase Authentication to authenticate your account.
Information associated with your account may include:
Your email address
A Firebase user identifier
Your Ascension Quest username and display name
Your selected fitness mode
This information is used to authenticate your account, associate your cloud-synced game data with your account, and restore your profile and progress across supported devices.
Ascension Quest does not use your email address for advertising or marketing.
Ascension Quest records information created through your use of the app, which may include:
Workout and fitness activity logs entered or completed within the app
Daily Quest, Side Quest, and Weekly Boss activity
Quest completion records
Experience points (XP)
Character level and rank
Fitness mode
Completion percentages
Character statistics and stat allocations
Achievement and title progression
Mastery and other game-progression information
Some of this information may be stored locally on your device and, when you use cloud synchronization, may also be stored in Google Cloud Firestore under your authenticated account.
This information is used to provide the app's fitness-tracking and role-playing game functionality, calculate and restore progression, synchronize data across devices, and improve the app.
Ascension Quest uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used, evaluate feature performance, identify usage trends, improve the user experience, and measure progression through the app.
Analytics information may include:
App launches and sessions
Screen views and navigation within the app
Feature interactions
Quest starts and completions
Quest tier and selected fitness mode
XP and level progression associated with completed quests
Completion percentages
Level-up and rank progression
Interactions with the full-game upgrade screen
Purchase-flow events, such as starting, canceling, or completing an upgrade
Whether an installation has free or full-game access
App version, operating system, device characteristics, and similar technical information
An app-instance identifier used by Google Analytics to distinguish individual app installations
Approximate geographic information that may be derived by Google Analytics from network information
Google Play in-app purchase information and related purchase events
Ascension Quest does not send your name, email address, Google account information, or Firebase account identifier to Google Analytics through its custom analytics events.
Ascension Quest has disabled collection of the Android Advertising ID by Google Analytics and has disabled advertising-personalization signals within the app. We do not use Analytics information for advertising or personalized advertising.
Ascension Quest may offer a one-time in-app purchase through Google Play that unlocks the full game.
Google Play processes the financial transaction. Ascension Quest does not receive or store your credit card number, bank account number, or other full payment credentials.
The app may receive and process information necessary to determine purchase entitlement, such as:
Product identifier
Purchase status
Purchase token
Whether the full game has been unlocked
A purchase token may be used locally by the app to prevent duplicate processing of a completed purchase. Ascension Quest does not send the purchase token through its custom Firebase Analytics events.
Google Analytics for Firebase may also receive purchase-related event information from Google Play.
We use information collected through Ascension Quest to:
Authenticate users securely
Provide and maintain account functionality
Synchronize and restore game progress
Preserve workout, quest, achievement, and character progression
Determine whether the full game has been purchased and unlocked
Operate the app's fitness and RPG systems
Understand how users interact with the app
Evaluate feature usage and progression
Analyze the free-to-full-game experience
Diagnose product-level usage trends
Improve app functionality, usability, and future development
Protect the integrity and reliability of app services
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your information for third-party advertising or personalized advertising.
Ascension Quest uses services provided by Google, including:
Used to provide Google Sign-In and maintain authenticated user accounts.
Used to securely store and synchronize supported account, profile, workout, quest, achievement, and progression information.
Used to measure app usage, feature engagement, progression, and other product analytics.
Used to distribute the app and process in-app purchases and purchase entitlement.
These services may process information in accordance with Google's applicable privacy policies, terms, security practices, and data-retention policies.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We do not share your personal information with advertisers.
Information may be processed by Google and its applicable services as necessary to provide authentication, cloud storage, analytics, app distribution, and purchase-processing functionality on our behalf.
We may also disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or integrity of Ascension Quest, its users, or its services.
Ascension Quest uses Google Firebase services for authentication, cloud synchronization, and analytics.
Information transmitted between Ascension Quest and Google Firebase services is transmitted using encrypted network connections.
Although we take reasonable measures to protect information, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your Firebase Authentication account and cloud-synced Ascension Quest data may remain stored while your account remains active.
When you use the app's account-deletion feature, Ascension Quest deletes the associated Firebase Authentication account and the Ascension Quest cloud data stored for that account in Cloud Firestore.
Local app data stored on your device may remain after account deletion until the app is uninstalled or its local application storage is cleared.
Analytics information is handled separately from your Firebase Authentication and Firestore account data.
Deleting your Ascension Quest account removes the account and associated cloud-synced game data controlled through Ascension Quest's account-deletion system, but previously collected Analytics information may remain in Google Analytics according to the Analytics property's applicable data-retention settings and Google's data-handling practices.
Analytics information is not linked by Ascension Quest to your email address or Firebase account identifier through our custom Analytics implementation.
You may request deletion of your Ascension Quest account and associated cloud-synced data at any time.
In Ascension Quest, navigate to:
Status → System Settings → Cloud Backup → Delete Account & Data
After confirmation, the app will request permanent deletion of:
Your Firebase Authentication account
Your Ascension Quest profile stored in Cloud Firestore
Your cloud-synced workout and quest history
Your cloud-synced achievement information
Your cloud-synced character and progression information
For security reasons, Firebase may require you to have signed in recently before completing account deletion. If prompted, sign out, sign back in, and then retry the deletion.
Local information stored on the device may remain until Ascension Quest is uninstalled or the app's storage is cleared through Android settings.

Please include the email address associated with your Ascension Quest account so the account can be identified.
We will process valid deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable legal, security, and verification requirements.
Ascension Quest may allow you to share app-generated content, text, images, or links using Android's system sharing interface.
When you choose to share content, Android allows you to select another compatible application installed on your device.
Ascension Quest does not access or upload your device's contact list in order to provide this sharing feature. Information you choose to send through another application is subject to that application's privacy practices.
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may provide rights regarding your personal information, which may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other limitations on processing.
You may delete your Ascension Quest account and associated cloud data using the in-app deletion feature or by contacting us.
You may also remove locally stored Ascension Quest information by clearing the app's storage through Android settings or uninstalling the app.

Ascension Quest is not directed toward children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information through Ascension Quest, please contact us so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Ascension Quest, our services, our data practices, or applicable requirements.
When this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this location with an updated effective date.
Continued use of Ascension Quest after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective is subject to the revised policy.
