Upon arrival at the main entrance, proceed to the ASB lobby. Approach the concierge for directions to the nearest elevators. From there, follow the signages pointing to the East Wing, Level 2 – Tiered Classroom (CR-E2-02).

Light breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided throughout the event.
Dinner will be provided on April 24 only.
Dietary restrictions will be accommodated based on the information submitted by participants (via the registration link on your acceptance email).
As the event host, we will make every effort to coordinate with the caterer to meet participants’ personal dietary preferences. There may be instances where specific requests cannot be fully accommodated.

Please note that local organizers will not handle accommodation bookings on behalf of participants.
Subject to availability, the Asia School of Business offers accommodation at its residential building (ASBR - Asia School of Business Residence). The building is only a 2-minute walk to the venue. Rooms are furnished with essential amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.
The cost (charges) of accommodation only includes:

If you prefer to stay at off-campus accommodations, we have a few suggestions below.
Please make your booking at ASBR by April 1, 2026 as rooms are limited due to multiple events taking place during this period. Accommodation is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

The ASBR Front Office team will confirm room availability and booking details.
Booking Deadline: April 1, 2026. Rooms are limited due to multiple events and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Submission of a booking request via email does not guarantee a place at ASBR.
The team will reach out and confirm the booking separately. We will endeavor to confirm your booking within 3 business days.
