How much is the Registration Fee?
Participants interested in attending the symposium are required to pay a registration fee of RM100.
Can I walk-in and register onsite?
No. It is required for all participants to register and make payment online prior to the symposium date.
Will the selected research abstracts be published in a conference proceeding?
At this time, papers presented at our conference will not be published in a conference proceeding.
Do I need to submit a full paper?
A full paper is not required for submission. All proposals must include a title and an Extended Abstract with a 2000-word limit.
The abstract should clearly state the research question, describe the methodological approach, summarize the research findings, and explain their relevance to this symposium.
Can more than one author (co-author) present at the conference?
We strongly encourage the proposal submitter to be the presenter. If additional authors wish to present, please inform the organizing committee immediately after accepting the invitation so that arrangements can be made.
Will meals and refreshments be provided?
Yes, light breakfast, lunch, and light refreshments will be provided for all attendees on both days of the symposium.
Can I present online?
All presentations must be done on-site.
