All presenters of ASBIRES 2025 are required to complete their registration using the official registration form after receiving the paper acceptance notification.

Registration Requirements

At least one author from each accepted paper must complete the registration through the provided link on or before January 02, 2026.

🏆 Best Presenter in Each Panel Certificate

A certificate will be awarded to the best presenter in each panel session in recognition of outstanding performance.

Registration fee

• Undergraduates of FAS, WUSL - Free

• Other Local Universities’ Undergraduates - Rs. 2,000

• Foreign Participants - USD 20

Local others:

• • Early Bird Registration (on or before December 30 2025) - Rs. 2,500

  • Regular Registration (on or before January 02, 2026)

    • Post Graduate Students/staff - Rs.   3,000

    • Other Local Participants - 3,500
