Customers may also make bookings via AutoReserve, this is a independant Japanese booking site, made to make it easier for international customers to make bookings where they may not be able to otherwise. This incurs a booking fee that is paid to the booking site, not us. We are unable to refund any bookings fees. We recommend booking directly over the phone to avoid this.
How can I make a booking?
You can make a booking by either calling us, emailing us or doing it in person in the restaurant. You can also message us on Facebook for bookings.
Do I have to book, or can I just show up?
We recommend making a booking to avoid any disappointment. However, you can still get a table by walking in, although you may be asked to wait for a few moments.
How do I cancel a booking?
It’s no problem if you need to cancel, please just give us a call or email if you can no longer attend.
I’m running late, what should I do?
If you’re running late, please just call us and let us know so we can hold a table for you. If you are over 15 minutes late and don’t let us know, your table might not be available when you arrive.
I only want to sit outside; can you guarantee this/can I book for outside?
We don’t take reservations for our outside tables, they are first come first serve.
Are you dog friendly?
Dogs are welcome at our outdoor seating only. Only working dogs are allowed inside our restaurant.
I want book for 8 people or more, what should I do?
We love to accommodate large groups, please email us with large bookings of 8 people or more, or call the restaurant and ask for Olivia. We require preorders for 8 people or more, so the further in advance the better.
Why do we need to preorder?
Our kitchen is a small team, so having your order in advance means your food can get out as quickly as possible.
