Q: Why should I choose ASAP Junk Removal?

We check landfill disposal rates and competitor's prices often to ensure our prices are fair to the customer but also provides enough profit for us to operate a legit, licensed and insured business. "Fly by night" companies could be involved in illegal dumping if they aren't charging enough to cover their disposal fees and overhead costs. Also, some companies don't honor their estimates and will often increase their price once they are at your location. We stand behind our estimates and our work. Q: Are we licensed and insured?

A: Yes. Our employees are covered with Worker's Compensation and disability insurance. This protects you, the homeowner if they get injured while on your property. This prevents you from being liable since our insurance will pick up the medical and loss of income costs for the employee. Beware of super cheap companies who aren't insured. If an injury occurs while on your property, you could be financially liable for their medical bills and loss of income.

Q: Do we accept paint?

A: No. Due to federal and state hazardous materials transportation regulations and landfill compliance, we do not accept paint of any kind. Q: Do we accept car tires?

A: No. Due to the harboring and breeding of mosquitoes, most landfills will not accept tires unless they are cut into smaller pieces to prevent the accumulation of water. Fires involving tires can be extremely hard to put out as well. We suggest taking unwanted tires to your local tire shop for proper disposal. They might charge you a small fee per tire but it is usually less than $10 per tire.

Q: Do we accept motor oil, hydraulic oil, transmission fluid or cooking oil?

A: No. Federal and state regulations prevent us from transporting hazardous materials and most landfills will not allow us to dump them at their facilities. For used car oils, call your local auto parts store (Auto Zone, Discount Auto Parts, O'Reilly's, etc). They usually accept used motor oil from individual consumers free of charge.

Q: Do we accept bio waste?

A: No. Bio waste such as blood, urine, bandages or needles should be disposed of properly with the use of approved bio waste containers. Consult your local sanitation department authorities for instructions on the proper disposal of bio waste.

Q: Do we accept credit cards? Is the transaction secure?

A: Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash. You simply swipe your card through our card reader. We never write down or keep physical copies of your card. Your information goes straight to our nationally known payment processor, not to us.

Q: Do we accept checks for payment?

A: Yes. There is a $35 non-sufficient funds charge if your check does not clear your bank.
