Chapter 1: Winey -Cow infused KC Strips
2-4 KC Strips set out to get to room temperature.
1 Good size pinch of Winey-Cow around a tablespoon of salt for each side of the steak. Pat the seasonings into the steaks and let sit for about 15 -25 minutes or so.
You can either grill them or griddle them and they both turn out stellar!
I cook mine mostly on the Blackstone on high for about 5 minutes per side. Lightly oiled griddle. It should have a nice sear and crust on each side. Plate when medium rare or your target temperature and let set for 5-7 minutes to rest.
Lightly sprinkle just a touch of Winey-Cow on each steak as it rest to add a hint of color.

CPT. Black Shrimp Kabob
10-20 Medium pre cooked shrimp defrosted
Put shrimp in a Ziploc bag, add juice of 1 lime or 4 tablespoons lime juice. Add 1.5 tablespoons of Cpt. Black into bag and close and shake bag until well mixed.
Marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Cut 1 Red 1 Yellow and 1 Orange sweet pepper into 1 inch squares.
Soak kabob skewers in cold water for 5-10 minutes to keep them from burning on the grill.
Add a piece of shrimp then one of each pepper. Keep adding until kabob is full.
Grill each side for 3-5 minutes until peppers have a nice char to them.
Serve immediately! Enjoy......

Chapter 3: Obsidian Rose / Rice and Chicken
Heat a large drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a pan.
Dry 1-2 chicken breast and sprinkle 1-2 teaspoons of Obsidian Black on the chicken.
Brown 3 minutes per side.
Add 1/2 diced yellow onion to pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 teaspoon of Obsidian Rose to pan. Cook 1-2 more minutes.
Add 1 cup Jasmine Rice and let rice soak up all of the butter and olive oil.
Add 2 cups hot water to pan and bring to a boil.
Add 1 more teaspoon of Obsidian Rose to pan then cover and put in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes.
Plate chicken and rice and any side dish or vegetable then sprinkle Obsidian Rose until desired look is obtained. Enjoy!
