Who is the event open to?

• Sisters of Alpha Sigma Alpha Delta Nu A and B are invited to this event! 

What is the Dress Code? 

• Please wear Pin Attire (Business Casual)

Can I bring any guests?

• Given the nature of this event, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. We hope you understand and are really looking forward to seeing our fellow sisters.

Where should I stay?

• We recommend staying at the ‘Hilton Garden Inn Flint Downtown’. Visit the ‘Travel Guide’ section of this site to receive a discounted rate. 

What date should I RSVP by?

• Please let us know if you are attending the '50th Anniversary Lunch and Reception' by Wednesday, April 23rd. 

• Please RSVP for the ‘A Toast to Alpha Sigma Alpha’ event hosted by Kettering University by May 16th. 

How do I RSVP?

Can I get a tour of the chapter house? 

• Yes! Everyone is welcome to see the chapter house located at 924 East Sixth Street, Flint, MI, 48503. The timeframe is 4:30-6:00PM following the Lunch and Reception at the FIA.

Can I get a tour of Kettering? 

• Yes! Everyone is welcome to tour Kettering during the ‘A Toast to Alpha Sigma Alpha’ event hosted by Kettering University. 

What type of food will be served?

• At the Anniversary Lunch and Reception, charcuterie, soup, salad, sandwiches and dessert will be served for your enjoyment. 

• The ‘A Toast to Alpha Sigma Alpha’ event hosted by Kettering University will have light snacks and a Champagne toast. 

Will there be meal options for dietary restrictions?

• Yes, there will be vegan, vegetarian, dairy free and gluten free options at the lunch and reception. Please let us know if you have any concerns. 

What time should I arrive?

• The Anniversary Lunch and Reception begins at 1:00PM. Guests are welcome to view the Flint Institute of Art gallery beginning at 10:00AM. 

•  The ‘A Toast to Alpha Sigma Alpha’ event hosted by Kettering University begins at 9:30AM. 

What time is the event over? 

• The Anniversary Lunch and Reception concludes at 4:00PM. The Flint Institute of Art gallery closes at 5:00PM.

•  The ‘A Toast to Alpha Sigma Alpha’ event hosted by Kettering University concludes at 11:00AM.

Where is the event located? 

• The Anniversary Lunch and Reception is located at the Flint Institute of Arts. The address for the venue is 1120 E Kearsley St, Flint, MI, 48503.  

• The ‘A Toast to Alpha Sigma Alpha’ event hosted by Kettering University is located at the Kettering University Learning Commons. The address is 1700 University Ave, Flint, MI, 48504.

Where do I park? 

• The Flint Institute of Art, where the Anniversary Lunch and Reception is located, has a parking lot in front of the venue where guests can park.

• The ‘A Toast to Alpha Sigma Alpha’ event hosted by Kettering University has parking instructions located in the link posted in the ‘Schedule’ tab of this site
