1.2 Workout & Fitness Data The App tracks metrics such as sets, reps, and workout duration to provide its core functionality.
Storage: All workout data is stored locally on your device using standard internal storage (SharedPreferences/SQLite).
Sharing: This data is private and is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party cloud services.
1.3 Usage Data & Advertising We use Google AdMob to display advertisements to support the App for users on the free tier. AdMob may automatically collect certain information, including:
Device Identifiers: Such as the Android Advertising ID (GAID) or iOS Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA).
App Activity: Non-personal information regarding your interaction with ads.

Note for Premium Subscribers: For users who purchase a monthly subscription, third-party advertising via Google AdMob is completely disabled, and no Advertising ID (AD_ID) data will be collected or processed for ad-targeting purposes during the active subscription period.
1.4 In-App Purchases & Subscriptions When you purchase a monthly subscription within the App, the transaction is processed entirely and securely by third-party platforms (Apple App Store and Google Play Store).
Payment Data: We do not collect, store, or have access to your financial details, credit card numbers, or billing addresses. All billing and payment processing are handled by Apple or Google under their respective privacy policies.
Purchase Verification: We only receive a non-identifiable digital receipt or transaction token from the platform stores to verify your subscription status and unlock premium features within the App.
2. Permissions
We request the following permissions to ensure the App functions correctly:
Notifications & Exact Alarm: Required specifically for the Rest Timer feature. This ensures notifications trigger precisely when your rest period ends, even if the device is in sleep or power-saving mode.
Advertising ID (AD_ID): Used to provide relevant advertisement experiences via the Google AdMob SDK (applicable to free-tier users only).
3. Data Safety & Deletion
Security: We utilize standard Android/iOS secure storage mechanisms to protect your local data.
Data Sharing: We do not sell your data. Data sharing is strictly limited to:
Google AdMob: For advertising and analytical purposes (applicable only to non-subscribed/free tier users).
Apple App Store / Google Play Store: For subscription validation, receipt verification, and payment processing.
User Control & Deletion: Since all workout data is stored locally, you have full control. You can delete all data at any time by:
Clearing the App's cache/data in your device's System Settings.
Uninstalling the App.
4. Children’s Privacy
Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
