My research interests include: Complex systems, structure(algebra and geometry), information, dynamics and control. I work on the many instances of the above abstract concepts, you may find them below:
I am interested in the the various aspects of Soft Matter Physics, I have explored the tool of Passive Microrheology and I am currently trying to bring this technique into the field of analysing Biological Materials. Simultaneously I am also working towards building soft matter models of Developmental systems and extending the technique of Brownian Dynamic Simulations. Being relatively new in this complex field I am yet to publish my work, but you if you are interested in knowing my work, do contact me about it.
I am interested in the field of mechano-biology and pattern formation in morphogenesis. I am looking at the differential adhesion hypothesis, acto-myosin cytoskeleton dynamics theoretically and the Yorkie pathway which is mechano-regulated! Do contact me about developing ideas in understanding these.
I have recently formulated a general integro-differential equation combining the Kolmogorov forward diffusion equation with evolutionary game dynamics, but like every other general equation, it is useless in that it has no clean solution, thus I have embarked in trying to give meaning to it by using it to understand the coevolution of molecular machines sharing resources.
I am pursuing a minor in machine learning and have done a course and projects in Bioinformatics. I am still a novice in both and looking forward to growing in the same!
