Before joining IISER Bhopal for a PhD in Mathematics, I pursued my Masters and Bachelors in Mathematics from M.S. University in Vadodara and PSGR Krishnammal College for Women in Coimbatore, respectively. I received one of the most significant training in Mathematics through the MTTS summer programmes.
My research interests lie in Algebraic Geometry and Commutative Algebra. I have mostly worked on vector bundles on nodal curves and their moduli spaces. My aim has been to generalise results known for smooth curves to curves with at most nodes as singularities.
I have recently developed an interest in Tropical Geometry and I am learning it with Nupur Patanker.
