Paper review guidelines:
The review of the paper must be in your own words and must critically analyse the paper and indicate clearly the problem statement, the approach used, the major contributions and the differences from the state of the art. You must include of positive points about the paper in your own words. Also indicate potential threads of research that you feel are relevant follow ups for the chosen paper.
