Thermal and Fluid engineer with solid experience in thermo-hyrdrualic analysis, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), and experimental validation to the design and performance of heat exchangers and thermal systems including thermal storage applications. Currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at DTU, using CFD-driven thermal prognoses to guide early-stage engineering decisions for high-temperature heat exchangers and two-phase flow thermal management solutions for electric vehicles. Strong background in conjugate heat transfer, multiphase flow, turbulence modeling, and laboratory testing, with proven ability to translate simulation results into validated design-relevant insights for cross-functional industrial project teams.
Modeling & analysis: Conjugate heat transfer, phase change (melting/solidification), two-phase flow (Eulerian-Eulerian, VOF), turbulence modelling (k-epsilon, SST k-omega), transient & steady-state analysis, parametric & sensitivity analysis, thermal performance mapping, pressure-drop analysis, and uncertainty quantification.
Design, simulation & post-processing tools: Design Modeler, SpaceClaim, ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL Multiphysics, CAD, CFD-Post, ParaView, TechPlot.
Experimental methods & lab skills: Prototype design & fabrication (air and water thermal collectors, heat exchangers, roughness measurements, thermal energy storage setups), sensor integration & data acquisition (thermocouples, flow meters, pressure transducers), material characterization (thermal conductivity, density, latent heat), and performance testing of thermal systems.
Collaboration & project management: Academic-industry partnership coordination, multi-partner EU/Nordic project collaboration, proposal writing and grant acquisition (e.g., Horizon Europe, NNF, COWI Foundation), technical documentation and reporting, and mentoring students and junior researchers.
Scientific communication & dissemination: Peer-reviewed journal publications, conference presentations and invited talks, technical writing for reports, and public outreach and science communication.
Postdoctoral Researcher at the Dept. of Civil and Mechanical Engineering, DTU Lyngby Campus from Sept. 2025.
