My Past- I have taken 3 years of guitar, beginning, intermediate and advanced. 2 years of choir, Vocal Ensemble honor choir, intermediate and advanced choir. 2 years of band, percussion ensemble and symphonic band/Marching and concert band. Just before entering high school i had began to have an interest in the guitar so I enrolled in the class. Later on i had begin to lose interest in the class and my junior year i had developed an interest in choir and band so i joined and I absolutely loved them both. Choir and band have made me who I am today because I have found my love for singing and playing percussion. I was able to meet lots of new friends as well as attend many trips with them. With all this I had learned how to read sheet music, sing better and play many more instruments. Out of everything that do I am probably the best a vocal sight reading and just using my voice in general

Now- As of now the hard work in these classes has almost come to an end but i will keep on giving my all until the very end. For the meantime i'm just enjoying the time i have left before having to leave. There are still a couple events that i have left that include, Concert band state contest as well an New York with the choir. We have been practicing non stop and are more ready than ever to take all the songs that we have been practicing throughout the year to New York. I am super excited!!

Future plans- For my future i plan to attend Glendale Community college to pursue music education. After the two years i plan to transfer to a University and get my bachelors degree. I loved learning about music and my dream is to teach it to kids.

For my capstone i performed two songs that i had learned from this year, "Die Lotusblume" and "Pieta signore". I truly love these songs and I wanted to share them with everyone. I had lots of fun doing the artseal. It was fun performing around the same time as some of my friends and was a great experience and i would do it again!
