Quick Start

1. Enter patient initials, optional MRN, and lab/clinical values.
   
   

2. Use height/weight (imperial or metric). BMI calculates automatically or can be entered directly.
   
   

3. Tap Calculate ART Score to see the 0–100 score and risk tier.
   
   

4. Tap Copy / Share Summary to use the iOS share sheet (clipboard, messages, email, etc.).
   
   

FAQs

• Does the app collect or transmit data?
  No. ART Score is offline. Data stays on your device unless you choose to share a summary.

• Who should use ART Score?
  Licensed healthcare professionals involved in preoperative optimization and shared decision-making for total joint arthroplasty.

• Which variables are included?
  Fructosamine, Hemoglobin (sex-aware), Total lymphocyte count, Transferrin, BMI, Prealbumin, Vitamin D, and Smoking status.

• Is this medical advice?
  No. ART Score is clinical decision support and does not replace clinician judgment, institutional policy, payer requirements, or patient-specific considerations.

• Device compatibility?
  iPhone and iPad running current iOS/iPadOS (see App Store listing for minimum version).

• App crashes or won’t install?
  Restart the device, update iOS, and reinstall. If it persists, contact us with device model, iOS version, and steps to reproduce.
