Commission prices and TOS.
Make sure to read the TOS before commissioning me. By purchasing a commission, you are indicating that you’ve read the Terms of Service and agree with them.

I have the right to reject your commission.
Private commissions will be charged 50% of the total amount as extra.
Payments under 1.000 USD must be paid upfront so I can start working on the piece. (For new clients in the industry, I can accept 50% payment upfront and 50% once the sketch is delivered.)

Changes after the sketch is approved will be charged (I will explain more in the process below).
You're free to use the commission for any marketing purposes; when getting a commission from me, you're automatically paying for the commercial rights.
I have the right to use your commission for promotion in my portfolio.
I won't sell or use your commission for commercial purposes for myself. (other than promotion in social media or portfolio)
Once I start working, I won't give any refunds.
The minimum price is set for each type of commission you get, but we can negotiate for different budgets and different quality.
The prices can increase depending on the complexity of the commission.

How to commission.
1. Send me an email (artofdanny1@gmail.com) or direct message to Discord (danny6541) with the following information.
Subjet: "COMMISSION + YOUR NAME"
Important information about the commission, which should include:
What type of commission do you want (portrait, full splash art, emotes, etc.)?
Additionals (if you have any)
Your idea about the commission. (If you still don't have something made up in your mind, you can chat with me on Discord so I can help you if you need assistance.)
References. (The more you include, the best idea I will have to present something you have in mind; please send as much as you can; this will include as many image references as you can.)
Feel free to ask any question you may have.
What to expect from me.
Once we agree on the commission and the payment is done (100% upfront payment for commissions under 1.000 USD or 50% upfront and 50% once sketch is delivered for new clients in the industry), I will start working on the piece. The process is the next:
I will start working as soon as I can on the piece, and once I have the sketches done (two sketches), I will deliver them to you. In this stage, you can ask for any changes at this point; the more you want to change, the more I will have to take on the piece, so the time is yours but also mine, which means that despite asking for changes, please don't ask for big changes that might alter the whole composition of the piece.
2. Once the sketch is decided, I will move on to render the piece to the final stage; at this point, any change will be charged, so please make sure you're okay with the sketch. I can accept minor changes, but not changes in the design of the character or the composition. Any addition will be charged.
3. Once the piece is done, I will send to your email the final piece and PSD included if you need it. You're free to use the piece as you please, for commercial or personal use. Feel free and happy to use; just make sure to give me the appropriate credit.
Do you want something, but it is still out of your budget?
I understand that is sometimes the economical situation for everyone, but you still want some art. For this case, I have a lot of other types of styles that you can access in order to get your commission done. The price for this type of piece will vary, but the minimum is $100 since I have to pay taxes; anything below that would be basically underpaying myself.
Do you have an offer outside the commission sheet?
If you have an offer, please feel free to make them. As I said, the price is a starting point as a reference, but I can always negotiate. If you have an offer, like "I want a splash art but without the complex BG," we can agree on a price that works for us. So don't be afraid to ask any question and make any offer.
