InksQ may use AI-based technologies to process images and generate outputs.
Results are automatically generated and may not always be accurate
Generated content is for personal use only
You are responsible for how you use the output
If your content includes faces:
It is processed only to apply effects or transformations
We do not identify individuals or create biometric data
Images are processed temporarily and not stored long-term

The Application may require an internet connection.
You are responsible for data charges incurred through your mobile provider.
Roaming charges may apply if used outside your region.
The Application may not function properly without a stable internet connection.
The Application may use third-party services such as:

These services operate under their own Terms & Conditions. We are not responsible for their practices.
While we aim to provide a reliable service:
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the Application.

We are not responsible if the app becomes unavailable or incompatible with your device.
